They will work with the Digital Marketing team to learn about their customers’ needs, wants, and behaviors, to then create a product roadmap.
They will also have to consider the manufacturing process, so that they can make high-quality products that meet the needs of their customers. While some products can be mass-produced and shipped in large quantities, others need to be crafted with great care and precision, which means they can be built only with small runs and lots of interaction with the customer.
Once the Product Development team has delivered the goods, the Sales team at Star General will be responsible for getting them in the hands of their customers. They will use all the tools at their disposal, including phone calls, email blasts, and in-person meetings, to generate revenue and close deals.
Even though most of the company’s sales will be online, the Sales team will also travel around the country helping to cultivate and nurture business relationships with existing customers as well as attract new ones.
