Where Will You Stay?
Make sure you stay in a 4 or 5 star hotel because you’ll be in for a long day and a lot of traveling. If you stay in a less than perfect hotel, you’ll be disappointed with your journey.
You’ll also need a car to get around during the day. Uber or Lyft are acceptable options as well as staying in the convention center. Please note that hotel parking is usually not included, so you’ll either need to pay for parking or park in a nearby garage.
What Should You Bring?
You’ll need a passport for the world events. You’re also encouraged to bring your laptop, tablet, or any other device that allows you to take notes during the day. And if you’re staying in the convention center, you’ll want to bring a coat as well.
Also, it’s customary to wear a business suit to the summit. So, don’t forget to bring a business suit or business casual attire. You’ll also want to bring a few pairs of comfortable shoes as well as a pair of sunglasses.
What’s The Most Effective Way To Follow The Summits’ News?
You can follow the latest news coverage from the summit using the hashtag #OMS2017 on social media. And if you don’t have social media, you can follow us at @topnotchinsights for live updates during the event!
You’ll also want to keep up with the latest news stories by reading reputable news publications online. To ensure you’re getting the latest news stories, it’s wise to sign up for a daily email newsletter from one of the top news organizations.
How Do You Plan To Travel To The Event?
You’ll want to take I-45 South to I-10 East. Then, take the I-10 East to the North Lake Houston Parkway South. Finally, exit the North Lake Houston Parkway and turn right onto the Fosters-Tomball Road. You’ll then be on your way to the conference site.
If you take the I-45 North to I-10 East route, you’ll arrive at the conference site a little later. But, it’s still an easy drive from downtown to the conference site.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
You can make all the necessary payments using your credit card. Just make sure you’re aware of any currency conversion fees charged by your bank. Plus, make sure you notify your bank in advance if you’re planning to travel internationally. Some cards don’t accept international payments.
Additionally, you’ll need to check with the hotel to see if they accept credit cards. Most hotels will accept major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard. But, they may not accept all credit cards. So, it’s best to phone the hotel front desk before you leave for the hotel.
What About Food?
You’re free to eat what you like during the summit. But most attendees find it useful to pack a snack and a drink pack each day. Snacks consist of things like cake bars, trail mix, popcorn, or anything that’s high in fiber. Low-fat and non-fat drinks are also popular choices. Bottled water is free and found everywhere, so you don’t need to bring a supply of that either.
It’s also advisable to pack some energy bars or other snack-like products to keep your energy up during the day. Not having enough energy to function can be severely detrimental to your summit experience. So, eat what you like and try to avoid foods with added sugar. You’ll also want to pack some basic cooking supplies like a small grill or a sandwich maker to prepare your own food during the day. If you stay at the hotel, there will be a fridge available for you to keep all your food cool. (See Also: How To Prepare For A Successful Expedition Into The Wilderness)
Will Valium Be Available At The Hotel?
You may find it useful to bring a supply of Valium with you to the summit. If you’re suffering from anxiety or nervousness, this drug can be very effective in reducing some of your nervousness. If you don’t have anxiety or nervousness, then it’s probably not a bad idea to avoid Valium.
If you decide to take it, however, make sure you’re not allergic to it. And if you are, then you might want to avoid it as well. Valium can cause serious adverse reactions including respiratory problems and severe headaches. So, please make sure you’re not allergic to it before you take it. And if you are, then it’s probably not a good idea to take it anyway.
Will There Be A Drinks Machine At The Hotel?
Yes, the convention center will have a drinks machine where you can get a soft drink or a cup of coffee. If you want, you can get a juice or an ice tea as well. All the soft drinks will have high fructose corn syrup in them, but at least you can get a drink.
