Heather has more than 16 years of marketing and communications experience, including 5 years at HubSpot, 4 years at Red Ventures, and 7 years at BizEaze. She holds a Bachelors in Economics and Politics from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a native Texan and loves traveling, biking, and socializing with friends.

As an SEO and content marketing strategist, John Mueller works with businesses of all sizes to build and grow their online presence, generating targeted traffic to their site through SEO and content marketing tactics. Previously, John was the manager of search engine optimization at Search Engine Land, and has been working in the SEO industry for more than 15 years. Sara has over 15 years of marketing and communications experience, and has worked for some of the biggest names in business. She began her career at Price Waterhouse (now Accenture), and then moved on to Arthur Andersen where she worked for 7 years, holding various marketing and communications positions. After receiving her MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, she founded SKERCHL LLC, a marketing and communications consultancy, in 2013.
Sara is a popular speaker and has presented at numerous corporate events and conferences, as well as published articles in top industry publications, like MarketingCharts and the Journal of Marketing.
