Jared Galloway

Head of Marketing (Formerly Senior Manager of Marketing at HubSpot): As head of marketing at HubSpot, Jared managed all marketing activities across all platforms (website, social media, email marketing, and mobile marketing) for the company’s various customers. While at HubSpot, Jared was responsible for the creation of the Marketing Operations department, which consisted of a team of marketers and analysts who worked together to grow HubSpot’s revenue by focusing on improving marketing performance.

Prior to HubSpot, Jared led marketing performance for the Avon UK charity, managing campaign and marketing performance for the Avon Mobile Giving program, and worked as a marketing strategist for global brands such as P&G, Kellogg’s, and Unilever. He also held a marketing role at software company Jeeva.

Erica Horvath

Account Manager (Formerly Senior Manager of Marketing at HubSpot) (Deputy Head of Marketing at Trade Winds): Over the past decade, Erica has led marketing at HubSpot and Trade Winds. Most recently, she spearheaded the digital marketing team at Trade Winds, overseeing the creation of the brand’s marketing strategy and overseeing its implementation. While at HubSpot, Erica led all marketing activity including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing. She also helped to set up the marketing department and develop the marketing strategy for HubSpot.

Prior to HubSpot, Erica worked as a marketing consultant for global brands including P&G, Unilever, and Kellogg’s, optimizing marketing performance including identifying key performance indicators, setting up automated email marketing campaigns, and generating growth through content marketing and social media. She also helped to launch the SEO agency Seer.

Roshan Singh

Account Manager (Formerly Senior Manager of Marketing at HubSpot): Roshan is an experienced account manager, having previously managed marketing and social media for the American Express OPEN branded card program and the American Express Travel Agency. While at American Express, he also helped to set up the digital marketing team and establish the strategic direction for this division. Prior to American Express, Roshan was a Marketing Executive at Sumo, a marketing automation software company.

Roshan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Information Systems. When he’s not working, you can find him reading marketing books or blogging about marketing.

Brett Kelly

Senior Manager, Marketing Performance (Formerly Senior Manager, Marketing at HubSpot) (Head of Marketing at Trade Winds): Prior to joining HubSpot, Brett worked at a global media agency, WPP, where she led the performance marketing team. She developed and implemented marketing strategies across multiple platforms (web, social media, and mobile) for Fortune 500 clients, including GE and Royal Bank of Canada. While at WPP, she also helped to co-found the marketing department and develop the agency’s marketing strategy.

Brett holds a master’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Bradford. She’s also a graduate of the PR Academy in the U.K. She enjoys staying active, so a lot of her free time is spent on yoga, skincare, and self-reflection.

Spencer Caldwell

Manager, Marketing Performance (Formerly Senior Manager, Marketing at HubSpot): Spencer is a marketing performance engineer who has worked in marketing analytics and optimization for the past 15 years, with much of his career focused on SEO, PPC, and content marketing performance.

Working alongside Jared and Roshan, Spencer leads a team that builds and maintains marketing analytics and optimization platforms, utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence to provide actionable insights for marketing strategy and performance.

When he’s not busy working, Spencer enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Liz Yeo

Manager, Marketing Performance (Formerly Senior Manager of Marketing at HubSpot) (Head of Marketing at Trade Winds): Previously, Liz was Director of Marketing at HubSpot where she lead all marketing activities including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing. While at HubSpot she also helped to establish the marketing department and develop the marketing strategy for the company.

Prior to HubSpot, Liz worked as a marketing executive at P&G and Unilever. She also held marketing positions at Kraft and Reckitt Benckiser. She has also worked for international NGOs including Action Against Hunger and Save the Children UK.

Outside of work, Liz is dedicated to spending time with her family and friends, travel, and exploring the city that she lives in. She likes to think of herself as a bit of a renaissance woman. Her skillset and career are a perfect mix of marketing, business, and strategy.
