Our solution is to bring the bespoke tailoring experience to your door, and allow you to be involved in the design and development of your suit from start to finish.”

Bureau Hedel offers a completely new and bespoke way of experiencing tailoring. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team who will assist you in choosing a design that best fits your needs and budget. You can get a sense of their personality and expertise from their attitude alone.

From there, you can give them the details of what you have in mind, and your budget allows you to make suggestions regarding style and fabric. Once you have all the information, they will work with you to create a detailed plan and offer their advice.

The Suit Plan

Upon arrival, you are given a short but sweet plan explaining the process and given all the information you need to make the right decision. As a client, you are also invited to be part of the process and given an opportunity to ask questions and get clarification on anything.

In the meantime, the team working on your suit will be doing their best to bring it to life. First, they will need to order the fabric and take care of any alterations needed. Once the suit is ready, they will invite you to try it on and give you a few minutes to relax in the knowledge that they are standing behind you, taking care of your suit.
