Then you’ll move into a detailed exploration of digital marketing, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and social media marketing.

Next, you’ll move into a comprehensive exploration of marketing analytics, including Google Analytics, which you’ll use to analyze traffic and learn what triggers people to click a certain link, or visit a certain webpage. You’ll also use Google Trends to gain a better understanding of what people are searching for online and how successful your marketing campaigns have been.

After you’ve mastered the theory, you’ll move into practical application using practical tools such as HubSpot, which you’ll use to build and grow your own marketing database. You’ll also use Google Sheets to track key performance metrics and analyze data collected from various tools and platforms.

What Do You Need To Study For This Course?

You don’t need any previous experience to study for this course, but you do need to have a reliable Internet connection and a PC, smartphone or tablet to access the curriculum. You can also take the course on a laptop or in a classroom setting using an online classroom tool like Canvas.

This course is approved for 100 hours of professional development credit (PDC) by the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s) and the American Advertising Federation (AAF). With a little bit of effort, you could potentially earn up to 4 PD credits per week.
