For those of you who follow my writings, you may know that I have an obsession with keywords and SEO. This is mostly because I feel that it’s the best way to drive traffic to your site without having to rely on expensive ads or getting spoon-fed content. The latter of which is what often happens when you “just” buy some ads. For some perspective, check out my blog’s revenue over the years; it has gone from making barely $0.25 per day to $7.50 per day. While this is undoubtedly a massive improvement (it would take a very long time to make that much money with Adsense), I still rely on SEO to this day to bring in the most revenue.
If you’re looking for a proven source of traffic that you can rely on for the long haul, consider moving to New Hampshire. The Granite State is a haven for those seeking a quieter life and a more relaxed existence. Though its winters are brutal, forcing many to flee to warmer climates, its people are warm and welcoming. If you’re looking to develop a stable, profitable, and influential blog or website, New Hampshire is the place to do it.
Keyword Research Done For You
One of the things that makes my skin crawl is when people claim to “do my keyword research for me.” Now, I enjoy doing SEO for people as much as the next guy, but in almost all cases, this is a terrible idea. First off, you won’t have access to the long-tail keywords that are most relevant to your niche. Even worse, you’ll be giving advertisers, blog services, and other platforms access to your data. Finally, doing keyword research manually is extremely time-consuming. Let’s face facts: If you want to do SEO the right way, you have to do it yourself. This means no shortcuts.
Fortunately, there are plenty of tools that can make the process much easier. Some of the most popular ones are Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs’ Keyword Explorer, and WordStream. With these tools, you don’t need to worry about doing any research, as they will do it for you. Simply enter your keywords in the tool’s search bar and it’ll return a list of suggested keywords and phrases. Simply click on any one of them to enter its definition and find the synonyms. From there, you can choose to add the word to your key words list or brainstorming tool.
Optimization Done For You
When I first heard about content farms, I was skeptical. I didn’t believe that creating content for cash-strapped entrepreneurs and small businesses would work. Turns out, I was wrong. Creating content is now such a lucrative and popular option that many companies now specialize in creating content for business websites and blogs. It’s a great way to build an audience and drive organic traffic to your site. The trick is to find the right balance between salesy and informative material. You want to create content that is entertaining and grabs your audience’s attention, but you also want to impart knowledge and information that will be useful to your audience. Creating and publishing content on a regular basis is a great way to gain clout in your niche. A single post may not bring in the same revenue as a course or a mini-course, but over time, the content you’ve published will prove to be more valuable.
The Amazing World of Forums
Online forums are a great way to establish yourself as an expert in your niche and to build credibility. The best part is that you can do this from the comfort of your home. You can take your pick from a ton of different forums that cover just about any conceivable topic and pitch your services or products in the most effective manner possible. If you can convince a forum member that you are an expert in your field, you will gain their trust and they may even mention your blog/website in their signature. Experts in some fields can also gain popularity on forums as people discuss their areas of expertise. Though the process can be time-consuming, establishing yourself as an expert in your niche can have great traction.
Mass Email Marketing
It’s no secret that email marketing is one of the most effective marketing and promotional tools around. Not only do you have the ability to target your audience and engage them into action, but you can do all of this from the comfort of your home. In an effort to reach more people and grow a devoted following, you can hire a marketing agency to help you with mass email marketing. This is where they come in handy: They will carry out all of the dirty work for you. They will create and send out email campaigns on your behalf. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the results.
Local SEO (Local Listings, Reviews, & Photos)
If you’re looking to get your products or services locally, you have a couple of options available to you. One is to conduct traditional SEO, the other is to get yourself a local listing on Google. In the first place, you want to focus on getting your business listed on the map; it doesn’t matter if your review is top-notch or not. If you want to increase the odds of being found, your first priority should be to get your business listed on the map. Once you have that, you can work on polishing your review.
As for the photos, you can either use your own or hire a professional photographer to take some photos of your products and publish them on social media. From a branding standpoint, photos can be extremely effective as they provide a visual element that can be used to establish your authenticity and expertise. However, make sure that the photos you choose are relevant to your business. If your product is wood-related, don’t use an image of a food product or accessory. Instead, find a picture of a log cabin or other forms of woodwork. From a sales standpoint, photos can also be a great way to establish trust. If you’re purchasing a product and there isn’t any evidence of its quality, you can use photos to establish credibility.
Getting Found By Those Who Matter
The above mentioned methods of getting traffic to your site or blog will get you there. But, if you want to cut through the clutter and go straight to the top, you can try getting indexed by the major search engines. To do this, you’ll need to abide by their “no spam” policy and refrain from using overly aggressive tactics. Though this may seem like a tall order, you can actually get into trouble with the search engines for using too many “spammy” tactics. So, if you want to keep your site or blog out of trouble, you’ll need to play by the rules. There are plenty of tools that can help you find the right balance between being useful and being entertaining. After you’ve found it, the sky is the limit.
