In my case, I have always loved to paint, and since I had a spare bedroom I made it my painting room. I would often sit for hours just painting, creating detailed landscapes that I would post on my website and social media to exhibit my talent. I didn’t need to rush into action, because I already had a successful side-hobby that I could continue to monetise. So, I reached into my savings and bought more oils and also some other bits and bobs that I could put on my site to make money. I figured that my existing audience would appreciate something like this, so I could continue to drive customers to my site regardless of whether or not they wanted to buy anything. This was the beginning of my online journey.
